Yes, you do miss the original lyrics and melodies, but if you listen to the lyrics of this show you will be uplifted up to the circular rose window! The music is rich and fun, the dancing superb. An all round lift me up! ! For fans of Whoopi Goldberg, Delores is a delight. You will not be disappointed
